On November 15th, fourteen CSOs were able to meet with Arizona Governor Doug Ducey for the 1st Leadership Training Institute. This was an incredible opportunity for these students to discuss current issues with the Governor including; Water Policy, Workforce Development, STEM Education, and Healthcare Care. The CSO were each given a public policy to study and discuss their positions with the Governor. Each student was encourages to talk freely feel about their related policy (Water, STEM Ed, Health Care or Workforce) and share real examples how they would help solve certain issues.
