My inspiration to be a leader all started because of my past life as an immigrant from India. Starting from my own hometown, to moving to the Untied States, it was definitely a hard move to make! I was made fun of, there were so many cultural differences, and ultimately it was hard for me to make friends. When I joined the CSO Program, my elevator pitch goal was to spread by passion for STEM nationally and internationally, and by being a leader, I spread a small dosage of belief for kids who were just like me, and be a role model for those who didn’t have one. This is my motivation, to be a leader that inspires those around me.
Favorite Letter in STEM and why:
My favorite letter of STEM is definitely Science. While we don’t always notice it, everything around us revolves around Science. The cupcake that we saw in the store, was made through chemistry. The ball that we kicked into the goal was caused by physics. The food that we digested all came from human biology, and so on and so forth. I love Science, and everything about it, is so interested to me!
Future Career Goal/Pathway:
Cardiothoracic Surgeon
