CSO Leadership Council

To me leadership is a responsibility to share your passion with others. Science and engineering is a very big part of my life and as a leader I get the opportunity to share this passion with others. I feel that as a leader I have the capability to have the largest impact on my community and others. Being able to see how I can create a real change in other people’s lives motivates me to be a leader in STEM as a Chief Science Officer.

E is my favorite letter of STEM because I feel that engineering gives me the greatest ability to impact others. I enjoy the ability to apply my skills in engineering to develop technology which can positively affect others.

In very concrete ways, engineers aspire greatness in society; they save lives, work to prevent disease and protect our planet. I believe that I can’t be fulfilled unless it serves for the betterment of others and thus Assistive Technology is the field in which I aspire to be in.
