Nikki Micale

My passion for teaching and learning spans over 15-years in public and private education. I also have a Fincance degree from Arizona State University and a Master of Education from Northern Arizona State University. I have been part of Career and Technical Education (CTE) and student organizations to engage students in developing their skills and preparation to enter the workforce.

Out of the office, I enjoy raising my four amazing children and being part of their lives as they become productive young adults. I also enjoy living a life of travel and training my dogs. My passion is empowering others to be their best and I like to see the good in others and help make them great! Let’s work together this year to make Arizona CSOs even stronger.
