What inspires you as a leader?
Favorite letter of STEM and why:
“E” – Engineering. We are all engineers because we all invent and innovate solutions within our lives. We continue to improve our environment, create systems to improve efficiency and engage others in brainstorming processes. Whenever we modify something to make it work better we are engaging in engineering. Each time we ask someone “what do you think”, or “what if…” we are participating in the engineering mindset.
