Spring Break Opportunity- Science is Fun is fundamental programming for Chief Science Officers!
Science is Fun has long brought the excitement of scientific discovery to K-12 classrooms via fast-paced, interactive science explorations through Arizona State University (ASU), Basha High School, and the AZ SciTech Chief Science Officers Program. Developed with support from the National Science Foundation and US Department of Education, Science is Fun’s STEM role models have received rave reviews from students teachers, parents, and administrators for their ability to excite students about science and STEM. Dr. Michael McKelvy co-founded and directed Science is Fun during his 31-year career at ASU and subsequently developed the program at Basha High School, where he received the 2015 Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching.
